EGG, WATER AND VINEGAR

We decided to put one raw egg in a cup of water and one raw egg in a cup of malt vinegar.
We made some predictions about what might happen to the egg.
Egg in vinegar:
Tim - The egg shell might break and float to the top and the rest of the egg might stay at the bottom.
Dyllan - The egg might lose its shell.
Ollie - The egg might turn bouncy.
Houston - The shell might break and the yolk might come out and it will turn colourful.
Emily - The egg might shrink.
Lily - The egg might shrink and the vinegar might turn whitish.
Aoife - The vinegar might turn a little bit orange and the shell might come off into little tiny bits.
Cooper - The egg might break apart and get soggy.
Lachlan - The shell might get dottie.
Jonty - The vinegar might turn orange/white.
Alfie - The yolk might start to get spotty and glow and the shell might get all lumpy and bumpy.

Egg in water:
Nate - The egg might stay the same.
Joe - The egg in the water might dehydrate.
Kacey - The egg might grow bigger.
